1. Introduction

Welcome to Unitop. By using our software applications and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.  

Upon purchasing our software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these terms. The software is licensed, not sold, to you.

3. Trial Version

We offer a free trial version of our software to help you evaluate its features and compatibility. The trial version is provided “as is” without any warranties.

4. Activation and Use

Upon purchasing the software, you will receive an activation code. This code is unique and cannot be reused or transferred. Once activated, the software cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the software.
  • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the software to any third party.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

6. Updates and Support

We may provide updates to improve the software. These updates may be automatically installed or you may have to manually update it. Support is available for users with a valid license. Calling and Personal guiding Support is provided to you limited time of the day. Please refer our videos or pdf first to get instant help. We can help you for max 3 times afterwards you may have to pay additional charges for deep or more/personal guidance. Guide will be provided to registered user with registered phone no only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

8. Third-Party Software and Applications

Our software may require or interact with third-party operating systems and applications, such as Windows, MS Access, and various fonts. These third-party components are not included with our software and must be obtained separately. We are not responsible for the performance or compatibility of these third-party components.

9. Electricity Failures, Virus Problems, Hardware Failures, and Data Loss

We are not responsible for any data loss or damage that may occur due to electricity failures, virus infections, hardware failures, or improper or careless deletion of data by the user. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain regular backups of their data and to take appropriate measures to protect against such incidents.

10. Lifetime License

The term “lifetime” as used in this agreement refers to the period during which the software remains functional and compatible with the user’s system. This does not guarantee that the software will continue to receive updates or support indefinitely.

  • Software Updates: We may, but are not obligated to, provide updates to the software to address bugs, security vulnerabilities, or improve performance. However, we cannot guarantee that the software will be compatible with all future operating systems, hardware, or other software applications.
  • Support: We offer personal support for the first year after purchase. After the first year, support may be available on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.
  • Termination of License: If the software becomes obsolete or incompatible due to changes in technology or industry standards, we may terminate the license. In such cases, the user will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

By purchasing the software, you acknowledge that the lifetime license is subject to these limitations and that we are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur due to the software becoming obsolete or incompatible.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Satara Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Satara.  

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
